What is your return policy?

Are your products Brand New?

Yes unless otherwise stated we guarantee all our products are Brand New.

Why are you so cheap?

St George Tyres has been in business for over 20 years, We are a wholesale low margin based business, we buy in bulk and sell in bulk, We shop all our suppliers to constantly get our customers the best deals on wheels and tyres, together with our online team we have been able to eliminate many costs to save our customers on tyres and wheels.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are normally processed and dispatched the next working day from when cleared payment is received. If there is any delay with your order we will notify you in advance. You will also receive a confirmation order on every process of your order.

Where is my tracking number? How do I track my item?

Once your order is dispatched an email will be sent with your tracking number details and the details of the courier.

What happens if I am not home when the courier arrives?

If you are unavailable to sign for an item when the courier arrives, a card will be left at your door and the item will be returned to the depot. The card displays when the delivery was attempted, the tracking number, as well as what you need to do to have alternate arrangements made.

How does the transit insurance work?

If you select transit insurance for your purchase during checkout, any item lost or damaged during transit as long as eligible as per insurer terms will be covered.

Can I pick up?

All items listed on our website are available for pick, However any pick up order must be arranged with our store on 02 9567 4999 prior to pick up. If ordered online they MUST be shipped. Fitting and balancing is available at an small fee.

What is Speed Rating?

All tyres are rated with a speed letter. This indicates the maximum speed that the tyre can sustain for a ten minute endurance without coming to pieces and destroying itself, your car, the car next to you and anyone else within a suitable radius at the time.

What is a Load Rating index?

The load index on a tyre is a numerical code associated with the maximum load the tyre can carry. In all instances the tyres load index must meet or exceed the value displayed on the vehicles placard. It is the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure legality when changing these ratings. It is recommened to contact your local traffic authoirty for all legality before making any purchase as state laws do vary.
